No two people are the same, which is why our support is tailored to the individual. We consider each person's needs, strengths, risks, preferences and personal goals when planning support.
We support adults living with mental health needs to build stability, confidence and independence. Support may include developing routines, attending appointments, managing medication where agreed, recognising triggers and early warning signs, accessing the community and working towards personal goals.
We support people with learning disabilities to develop confidence and everyday independence. This may include support with communication, daily routines, cooking, shopping, budgeting, household tasks, appointments, activities and building life skills.
Some people require a higher level of structure and support. We take time to understand the individual, their needs and what helps them feel safe and settled. Support may include positive routines, emotional support, risk management, daily living tasks and coordinated working with relevant professionals.
