Community 360 takes a person-centred approach to supported living, taking the time to understand each individual, what matters to them, and the goals they want to work towards.
We believe the right support can help people build confidence, develop greater independence and make meaningful progress in everyday life.
OUR STORY
Community 360 was created with a simple belief: people can make positive changes when they receive the right support from people who take the time to understand them.
We know that people may come to supported living after difficult experiences. Some may have experienced poor mental health, isolation or a loss of confidence in managing everyday life. Others may need support to develop practical skills and maintain a safe and stable home.
Our approach is personal. We do not see people simply as a diagnosis, referral or list of needs.
OUR PURPOSE
Our purpose is to help people make positive and meaningful changes in their lives.
We believe the right support can make a real difference. Our role is not simply to complete tasks, but to create the right environment, relationships and opportunities for people to feel safe, build confidence and move forward.
We work alongside each individual, recognising their strengths and supporting them to take steps towards greater independence. Those steps may be small or significant, but every positive achievement matters.
Our Purpose Is Simple
To help people feel safer today and more hopeful about tomorrow.
OUR VISION
Our vision is a future where every person we support has the opportunity to grow in confidence, develop independence and achieve progress that is meaningful to them.
We want Community 360 to be known for the positive difference our support makes in people's lives. As we grow, we will continue to provide a personal and compassionate service that takes the time to understand each individual.
We believe independence looks different for everyone. Our vision is to support each person to find their own path and move forward at a pace that is right for them.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centred supported living that helps people make meaningful progress in everyday life.
We do this by getting to know the individual, understanding what matters to them and providing support that reflects their needs, strengths and goals.
